What counts as "under 10 users"?
People with an active account in your workspace. If you are 9 today and hire a 10th person, talk to us and we will move you to the Business plan. Nothing stops working in the meantime.
What comes with the free plan?
Everything your team needs to work together, including the Windows and Android apps. If you need something specific for the way you work, mention it in your request and we will set your workspace up accordingly.
Why is signup approved by a person?
Because every company gets a private, isolated workspace and we like to know who we are hosting. It also means zero spam accounts, and your team is never mixed with strangers.
Do we need a credit card?
No. There is no card form anywhere in the product. Teams under 10 people simply never pay.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Your docs, project data and history are yours. Ask and we will help you take everything with you.
What does the Business plan cost?
It depends on team size and what you need around set-up, training and support. Tell us about your team and we will send a simple quote.
