Privacy Policy

adda is a private workspace application (team chat, projects, documents, calendar and more) operated by Augmex Technologies at https://adda.cfd. adda has no public sign-up: accounts are created by a workspace administrator, and each workspace is isolated from every other. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using adda you agree to this policy.

• Account information — your name, email address, optional profile details (avatar, title, phone, birthday) and your role within a workspace.
• Content you create — messages, files and images you upload, documents, wiki pages, projects and tasks, calendar events, bookings and similar content you add to your workspace.
• Technical data — log and device information needed to operate the service, and (if you opt in) a device/browser push token so we can deliver notifications.
• Cookies — a session cookie used only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Connecting a Google account is optional and is done per user from Settings → Integrations. When you choose to connect Google, and only with your explicit consent, adda accesses the following Google data to provide features you turn on:

• Your Google account email — to identify the connected account.
• Google Calendar — to read your calendar list and events so they can be shown and kept in sync inside adda, and to create calendar events (for example, to generate a Google Meet link) when you ask for it.
• Gmail (send only) — to send an email on your behalf when you explicitly use a feature that does so.

We request the minimum scopes needed for these features. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored authorization for your account.

We use the information above only to provide, secure and operate adda for you and your workspace — for example to deliver messages, store your documents, sync your calendar, and notify you. Google user data is used solely to provide the specific features you enabled (calendar sync, creating meeting links, and sending email you initiate). We do not use your information, including Google user data, for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

adda’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not sell Google user data; we do not use or transfer it for serving advertisements; we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized; and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing or improving the user-facing features for which you granted access.

• With other members of your workspace, according to what you post and the access settings you choose.
• With service providers that host and operate adda (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and push notification providers) under obligations to protect your data.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell or share Google user data.

We keep your content for as long as your account and workspace are active. Google authorization tokens are removed when you disconnect the integration. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us, and your workspace administrator can deactivate or remove your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.

Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, integration tokens and other sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and access to your content is governed by workspace membership and roles. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.

You can review and update your profile, manage or disconnect integrations from Settings → Integrations, and control notification settings. For any privacy request — including access, correction or deletion — contact us at the address below.

adda is a workplace tool intended for use by organizations and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace administrators of material changes.
